Oswaldo M. Rossi, Esq. is the founder and managing partner of Rossi Baldivia Klein Fine & Spector, a boutique entertainment law firm widely recognized for its deep expertise in the Latin music sector. Mr. Rossi represents a broad and distinguished clientele across the entertainment and media industries, including recording artists, songwriters, producers, digital influencers, brand ambassadors, entrepreneurs, on-camera talent, senior executives, and institutional clients such as record labels, music publishers, and merchandise fulfillment companies.
Prior to founding the firm in June 2021, Mr. Rossi was a partner at Hertz Lichtenstein Young & Polk, where he built and led a successful practice representing Spanish-language talent and clients. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly a decade at Capitol Music Group, where he ultimately served as Vice President of Business Affairs in support of its frontline labels including Capitol Records, Virgin Records, Blue Note Records, and Capitol Nashville.
Mr. Rossi has been named a Top Music Lawyer by Billboard Magazine in its annual Top Music Lawyers issue for 6 consecutive years (2021–2026), and was recognized by Business Insider as a leading attorney representing digital creators (Digital Edition, May 14, 2021).
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Mr. Rossi earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law (Class of 2001) and is admitted to practice law in the State of California. He also serves on the boards of Rimas Entertainment and Double P Records, and is a certified player agent with the Major League Baseball Players Association.
