Miranda Marban is a Florida-licensed entertainment and intellectual property attorney whose practice focuses on music, media, branding, and trademark matters. She represents artists, producers, creative talent, and entertainment companies in transactional and rights-related matters across the entertainment industry.

Prior to joining Rossi Baldivia Klein Fine & Spector, Miranda practiced at a boutique entertainment law firm in South Florida, advising clients on entertainment agreements, content exploitation, and trademark protection strategies. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, where she was a member of the Cuban American Bar Association and the Entertainment and Sports Law Society.
